Processing Time

Every ButterBabe product is handmade in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Warm Weather Shipping

Our whipped body butters are made with natural butters and oils and do not contain synthetic stabilizers. During warmer weather, your butter may soften or melt while in transit.

Melting does not affect the quality, safety, or moisturizing benefits of the product.

If Your Butter Arrives Melted 

Place the unopened jar upright in the refrigerator for approximately 30–60 minutes. Once firm, allow it to return to room temperature before use.

The whipped texture or volume may change after melting, but the amount of product by weight remains the same.

Important Summer Notice

Please retrieve your package promptly after delivery. Avoid leaving it inside a hot mailbox, vehicle, porch box, or direct sunlight.

Because weather conditions and carrier handling are outside ButterBabe’s control, refunds or replacements are not provided blsolely due to melting.
